Duty of Candour

Browns Clinic Limited treats all patients with respect, dignity and care. Patients will receive transparency, should there be any concern of treatment outcomes. A resolution will be met, to the satisfaction of patient and professional. A mediator service is available, The Cosmetic Redress Service (CRS).

Disabled Access

Sorry, due to building restrictions Browns Clinic cannot accommodate wheelchair users and will refer enquiries to a clinic that is able.

There are 3 small steps and two grab handles provided. Assistance provided.

If you’d like a chaperone please request this before your appointment.
